Lead RF regulatory strategy and certification for Starlink User Terminals and Wi-Fi products across all target markets
Own compliance to FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and equivalent global wireless regulations; Manage radio testing with accredited labs
Work directly with RF hardware and firmware teams to implement design changes required for certification
Prepare and maintain technical files and certification applications
Support global market access for wireless features, including new frequency bands and power levels

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a STEM discipline
5+ years in RF/wireless regulatory compliance and certification
10+ years dedicated RF/wireless regulatory compliance and certification experience
Strong experience with Wi-Fi or satellite communication systems
Deep knowledge of FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and international regulations
Experience running RF compliance test campaigns
