- Design and develop RF front-end MCMs for 5G NR, LTE, and Wi‑Fi applications
- Integrate RFICs (PAs, LNAs, switches), PMICs, BAW/SAW filters into compact MCMs
- Design custom passives printed into module laminates
- Specify RFIC and BAW performance; define pin-to-pin lineups, linearity, coupling
- Work closely with BAW/RFIC designers and layout engineers in module floor-planning
- Perform detailed circuit and EM simulations, and co-simulation of the full module
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
- 5+ years RF/Microwave or RFIC experience
- Master’s or PhD in RF/microwave or related preferred
- Experience designing multi-chip RF modules for cellular/Wi‑Fi
- Proficient with ADS, HFSS, AWR; MATLAB/Python for RF modeling
- Familiar with RF test equipment: spectrum analyzers, VNAs, VSGs
