Manage a team of 3-4 billing specialists across intake, posting, and collections.
Stabilize gaps and build scalable revenue cycle reporting.
Implement controls to prevent posting errors and backlogs.
Collaborate with finance, clinical, and HR to align billing with care delivery.

🎯 Requirements

Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).
Behavioral health and Medicaid experience preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
5+ years healthcare revenue cycle leadership with direct reports.
Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with payer portals (Waystar, Availity) and CPT/ICD/POS validation.
