Drive Avionics EEE part reliability issues toward closure
Use reliability physics of failure and statistics to assess risk and develop accelerated tests
Lead reliability test planning, methodology, and execution
Interface with supply chain, design engineering, and production teams
Build reliability models to evaluate life-cycle performance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
5+ years in semiconductor/package/PCBA reliability
5+ years using reliability modeling and statistics to predict product life
Experience facilitating FMEAs and cross-functional reliability teams
Working knowledge of Python
Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one
