🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, or operations.
- 8+ years in maintenance/reliability role with automated industrial equipment experience (CNC, SMT, robotics, tooling, furnaces, chillers).
- Hands-on troubleshooting of equipment control systems, machinery, and industrial automation.
- Proficiency reading schematics, P&IDs, OEM manuals, and mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Experience with CMMS/MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and data visualization for asset performance.
