- 4+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, ideally in software/tech.
- Hired for sales pros, especially Account Executives, in SaaS or GTM/Ops roles.
- You're using AI in your work and eager to be part of an AI-first company.
- Enjoy building, whether creating new teams or new processes.
- You're self-directed and organized; able to manage pipelines and time.
- You're a trusted talent partner, not just a process runner.
