- Cold-call and build relationships via phone, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
- Expert in direct sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Working knowledge of ATS and recruiting technologies.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
