๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years in technical recruiting with success sourcing passive engineering candidates in Bengaluru
- 3+ years developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Fluency with ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Data-driven mindset; leverage recruiting systems creatively
- Knowledge of India's talent market and building local pipelines
- Experience building relationships with global teams
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience hiring for US-based companies in India is a plus
- Experience hiring for engineering or data analytics roles is a plus
