🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting in Bengaluru
- 3+ years building strategic sourcing/recruiting strategies
- Familiar with ATS (Greenhouse ideal) and 3P tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Data-driven mindset; leverage recruiting systems creatively
- Knowledge of India's talent market; build local pipelines
- Experience building relationships with global team members
- Superior verbal and written English communication
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience hiring for US-based companies in India is a plus
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Data Analytics or senior roles is a plus
