- 7+ years recruiting experience (agency and in-house); 4+ yrs at growth startups.
- 4+ years full-lifecycle recruiting for R&D (prod/design/eng).
- VP+ hiring partner relationships as primary recruiting contact.
- Data-driven hiring with process quality and assessment rigor.
- Experience closing candidates, articulating pre-IPO equity, and comp packages.
- Fluency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and creative sourcing.
