Provide management system training to SpaceX management and internal customers
Build, implement, and improve policies and procedures for compliance
Audit SpaceX processes to ensure compliance with requirements and ISO 9001/AS9100
Utilize CAPA processes to correct non-conformances and drive improvements
Initiate change requests for procedures and audit checklists
Support internal, vendor, and external audits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM
5+ years in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing
8+ years in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing
Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
ASQ-CQA-RAB certified lead auditor or equivalent experience
Proficient with quality tools: RCA, CAPA, QMS, statistics; SQL, Tableau
