Lead process development for new toolsets and materials; optimize rate and reduce defects.
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, technologies, and facilities.
Analyze production processes from first principles using physics-based methods.
Develop DOE-based experiments to diagnose and correct manufacturing problems; improve yields.
Own machine activation and testing with a small team of engineers and technicians.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
5+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation.
Hands-on PVD process engineering experience in thin-film solar/semiconductor.
Vacuum systems, plasma physics, and thin-film metrology.
DOE, SPC, and lean manufacturing experience.
Ability to work in a cleanroom.
