🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years managing water/wastewater plant construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of water/wastewater processes, civil/structural, and mech/electrical installs
- Proven ability to manage projects over $15M
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, and other delivery methods
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required
