🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater plant construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater processes, civil/structural, and M/E installations.
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CMAR, Design-Build and PM tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).
