Lead all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects (planning to closeout).
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure delivery.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout lifecycle.
Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years' experience in water/wastewater plant construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of water/wastewater systems, civil/structural, and mech/elec installations
Manage projects >$15M
Experience with CMAR/Design-Build
PM tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore; PMP/PE preferred
