🎯 Requirements

- Proven ability to manage projects over $15M.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CMAR or Design-Build delivery.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
