Sr Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

📋 Description

• Lead and manage water/wastewater plant construction from planning to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk.
• Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater plant construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, civil/structural, and mech/elec.
• Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).
• PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
