- Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
- Experience with CMAR or Design-Build methods.
- Knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and M/E installations.
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
