🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years' experience managing water/wastewater plant projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of water/wastewater systems, civil/structural, and MEP installations
- Experience managing projects >$15M in value
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CMAR or Design-Build delivery methods
- PMP or PE license preferred but not required
