Sr. Project Manager - Design Integration

📋 Description

• Lead design integration across architecture, interiors, and wayfinding teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and profitability for large projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicate clearly.
• Lead meetings, presentations, and contribute to business development.
• Ensure contract obligations, scope changes, and payables approvals.
• Oversee design/documentation through construction and maintain records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience with $70M+ budgets.
• Strong PM experience focused on interior design, planning, furniture, wayfinding.
• Current licensure preferred; LEED certification preferred.
• Lead large or multiple projects; strong client leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong technical coordination.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
• Travel required.
