Sr. Project Manager - Design Integration

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture client partnerships to create future opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive client relations; communicate design issues clearly.
• Establish early partnering with client to set expectations and key decisions.
• Lead key meetings and presentations; drive progress updates.
• Manage design/documentation through construction; ensure QA/QC and compliance.
• Develop risk management plan and manage project risks.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related degree.
• 12+ years PM experience with $70M+ budgets.
• PM focus on interior design, planning, furniture, wayfinding.
• Architecture license or LEED certification preferred.
• Lead large/multiple projects and mentor PMs.
• Strong client leadership and team management for large projects.
• Familiarity with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
• Travel required.
