Lead multiple construction projects from buyout through closeout
Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change management
Serve as primary escalation point for field leadership, owners, and design teams
Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedule commitments, and financial targets
Protect margins while maintaining strong client relationships

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of construction project management experience
Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, and planning
Proven experience leading complex projects from start to finish
Demonstrated history mentoring Project Managers or Project Engineers
Strong grasp of construction financials, scheduling, and risk mgmt
Ability to explain the why behind decisions, not just the what
Comfortable working in a smaller, high-accountability environment
