📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to post-launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Translate priorities into scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across teams.
• Align teams on scope, timing, and expected outcomes.
• Identify barriers early and propose options with recs.
• Support launch readiness, rollout planning, and handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of PM experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare, digital health, or related setting.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong planning, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience facilitating meetings and updates.
• Ability to influence without authority.
