🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years related experience, incl. managing projects with $70M budgets.
- HCAI experience required.
- Licensure or LEED certification preferred.
- Strong client leadership and project team management for large/multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
