🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field.
12+ years of project mgmt with construction budgets around $70M.
Licensure preferred; LEED certification preferred.
Able to lead large/multiple projects; strong client leadership.
Proficient in Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam; MS Office.
Strong verbal/written communication and business acumen.
