Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead project teams and client leadership to meet quality, budget, schedule, and profitability.
• Establish early partnering with clients to set expectations and decision points.
• Ensure clear client and internal communication and project documentation.
• Plan, budget, and schedule using MS Project and Deltek planning tools.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Mentor staff, coordinate workload, and share lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience, including managing $70M+ budgets.
• Current licensure preferred; LEED certification preferred.
• Ability to lead PMs on large/multiple projects.
• Strong client leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.
