- Manage internal projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as hub for all projects; organize, schedule, and communicate with team.
- Ensure delivery within scope, quality, timeframe, and budget.
- Manage multiple pharma and Life Sciences projects across mediums.
- Coordinate with PMs, Producers, Print, Media, Analytics on schedules, budgets, approvals.
- Forecast deliverables and plan resources based on scope and schedules.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-7 years of PM experience in advertising or marketing agency.
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences client experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of production: print, digital, broadcast/video.
- Experience with PM software and familiarity with the PRC review process.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
