Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead project delivery with cross-functional teams within timelines and budgets.
• Manage HCP marketing projects (brochures, materials, videos, conferences).
• Oversee estimates, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track risks, issues, and scope; escalate promptly to mitigate.
• Present project parameters and ensure on-time, quality deliverables.
• Produce progress reports, financials, and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience within a traditional marketing or advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Project experience focused on Trade Shows/Conferences is required.
• Understanding of project management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
