Lead delivery of projects within timelines and budgets.
Manage HCP marketing materials: brochures, research, videos, events.
Collaborate cross-functionally; oversee estimates, scopes, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with Client Services to monitor scope and mitigate risks promptly.
Present project parameters and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
Track changes in scope, hours, and forecasts; adjust plans for on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years PM experience in traditional marketing/advertising agency.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
PM experience focused on Trade Shows/Conferences.
Life Sciences/Pharma and HCP marketing experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
