🎯 Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- 12+ years related professional experience with 5 years in education projects and 3 years in construction administration.
- Lead all technical aspects with production teams on large/complex projects >$200M.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States; LEED accreditation preferred.
- Ability to lead large, complex or multiple projects; strong subject matter expertise.
- Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
