🎯 Requirements

- PMP certification highly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly recommended.
- Deep financial acumen bridging operational metrics and P&L.
- PMO governance, standard reporting, and pipeline development experience.
- Executive communication skills to interface with Senior Leadership.
