Track project opportunities through intake and ECHO Tracker.
Ensure portfolio health with weekly/monthly STD reporting.
Partner with Finance to translate savings into P&L impact.
Lead agile transitions and pivot programs to run-ready status.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance; MBA preferred.
7+ years in Program/Portfolio Management or Operations Strategy in manufacturing.
PMP certification highly preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt strongly recommended.
Strong financial acumen; PMO governance and STD reporting experience.
