🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance (MBA preferred)
7+ years in Program/Portfolio Management or Operations Strategy
PMP certification highly preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt recommended
Financial acumen linking metrics to P&L performance
PMO governance and standard reporting experience
