- Provide remote or onsite consulting services with focus on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic appliances.
- Work with the customer's technical/management staff as SME for ScienceLogic products.
- Handle on-site and remote customer work as required; on-site work may be full-time.
- Advocate for customer issues, new features, and product direction.
- Record all activity in the department's ticketing system.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years Linux operating system experience.
- 5+ years Database query experience.
- 5+ years SNMP and vendor MIB architecture experience.
- 5+ years configuring SNMP traps and/or Syslog alerts.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell, WMI, XML/SOAP, API.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; leadership and customer-handling.
