- Ensure airframe components meet design, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with design/manufacturing to transition to production with quality guidance
- Develop and roll out APQP techniques (PFMEA, control plans, SPC)
- Lead the establishment of inspection plans and First Article Inspection per SAE AS9102
- Drive continuous improvement via CAPA, root cause analysis, and metrics
- Support FAA conformity inspections and prepare quality performance reports
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aero/Mechanical/Elec/Industrial) with 5+ years exp
- Experience creating/approving First Article Inspections and inspection tools
- Experience with MES systems and electronic inspection plans
- Experience with CAD, PLM, and ERP software
- APQP: PPAPs, DFM, MSAs, FMEAs, SPC
- Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
