Ensure airframe and systems meet design, safety, regulatory requirements
Collaborate with design and manufacturing to smooth transitions from design to production
Lead the establishment of inspection plans
Conduct or support First Article Inspection per SAE AS9102
Drive continuous improvement via root cause analysis and CAPA
Develop quality metrics and KPIs to gauge manufacturing health

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years experience
Experience creating and approving First Article Inspections
Experience with MES systems and creating inspection plans electronically
Experience with CAD, PLM, and ERP software
APQP/PPAP/DFM/MSA/FMEA/SPC experience
Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments
