📋 Description

  • SME on utilities building and managing VPPs via load flexibility programs.
  • Support launches; coordinate readiness and guidance on what's new.
  • Help create upsell/expansion paths across EnergyHub solutions.
  • Turn market insights into actionable guidance for internal teams.
  • Build clear enablement materials addressing utility needs.
  • Collaborate with PMMs to deliver training that simplifies concepts.
  • Create and manage a library of sales and partner enablement assets.
  • Keep teams up to date on market trends and EnergyHub capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in product marketing or sales enablement, preferably energy tech/B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with understanding of product marketing principles
  • Curiosity; ability to iterate quickly on new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex concepts clearly
  • Experience creating marketing collateral: decks, enablement, and web content
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, client success, and engineering
  • Strong project management; handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to identify and initiate new projects independently
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
