- Strong UX instincts; partner with design to ship measurable usability improvements.
- Technical fluency—work with engineers on device constraints, syncing, and data models.
- Experience with enterprise customers and translating field constraints into product requirements.
- BS/BA or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
