Sr. Product Manager/Virtualization

📋 Description

• Design and develop solutions for complex app problems, admin issues, or network concerns.
• Perform systems management and integration functions.
• Provide leadership and partner with stakeholders on virtualization/container solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement for virtualization and containerization features.
• Collaborate with PMs, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters for PI execution.
• Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons, USCYBERCOM, NSA, Services, and CCMDs for feedback.
• Participate in TEMs, working groups, and OCO forums on virtualization and containerization.
• Partner with clients to define product vision, roadmaps, test plans, and specs for virtualization apps.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver multi-platform virtualization apps.
• Lead engagements with partners and top designers/technologists.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years with BA, 10+ with MS, or 16+ with HS/AA; strong virtualization exp.
• Degree in Systems Eng, CS, IS, Eng Sci, Eng Mgmt or related; MBA a plus.
• SAFe PO/PM certs desirable; VCP/CKA certs desirable.
• Experience with government agencies/defense sectors desirable.
• Deep knowledge of vSphere/vCenter, Kubernetes; service meshes with Keycloak/MinIO/Vault.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; Jira/Confluence proficient.
• Experience in product development/management; roadmaps for virtualization.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions; strong documentation.
• Hands-on, ownership mindset; mentor junior PMs; collaborate with clients and seniors.
• Training on VMware vSphere, Kubernetes, NATS.io, and cybersecurity program design.
