- Own the Oracle Fusion Financials product vision and backlog.
- Lead hands-on configuration, testing, and delivery for GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and FP&A enablement.
- Partner with Finance for audits, controls, and adoption.
- Drive intelligent automation across close, billing, reconciliations, T&E, tax, and treasury processes.
- Own integrations with adjacent Finance apps (Concur, Payroll, Blackline, Workiva, Adaptive).

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years owning Finance ERP in IS&T/IT, with Oracle Fusion cloud experience.
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials config, data analysis, BIP/OTBI reporting, testing, and production support.
- Deep knowledge of core finance processes: R2R, Close, Billing, Revenue, Tax, Treasury, FP&A.
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities to transform Finance operations.
- Direct experience integrating and governing best-of-breed Finance applications.
- Strong SOX, audit, and regulated-environment experience.
