🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical role at a tech company (e.g., network engineering, NOC)
- Networking fundamentals, routing and switching, OSI
- Experience with network monitoring/management systems (SolarWinds NPM, PRTG, LogicMonitor, Nagios, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Meraki, or similar)
- Familiarity with SNMP, telemetry, device polling, alerts, and performance monitoring concepts
- Understanding of enterprise and/or service provider network architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into product work
