Sr, Product Manager II - Data Links (Hybrid, Bangalore)

📋 Description

• Own Data Links strategy and roadmap across dropdowns, column links, DataMesh, DataTable.
• Be the product owner across multiple squads, guiding platform-level decisions and cross-team dependencies.
• Drive growth in dropdown and column link adoption by improving discoverability and setup across surfaces.
• Lead advanced column links program (duplicates, overwrite, image/hyperlink support) aiding migration from DataMesh.
• Ensure DataMesh and DataTable stability while guiding long-term deprecation/migration.
• Shape multi-year Data Links vision toward a relational model with record links and AI-assisted dropdowns.
• Lead discovery with admins, builders, and power users to surface signals and validate decisions.
• Write clear briefs, requirements, and specs for discovery to GA and post-launch.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, GTM, and CS.
• Represent Data Links in leadership reviews, WBRs, and enterprise conversations.
• Define success metrics and partner with analytics to instrument dashboards from day one.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions with pricing, sales, and GTM teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise SaaS/B2B products.
• Experience owning data management, data modeling, workflow automation, or cross-sheet data referencing.
• Navigate ambiguous, complex platform problems and set scope across multiple squads.
• Strong customer instincts; structure discovery and translate feedback into validated decisions.
• Proven ability to author briefs, requirements, and specs for engineering and design.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, GTM, and CS.
• Comfort working with multiple time zones, including North America.
• Data-driven; define adoption, funnel, and quality metrics; use post-launch data to guide iteration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; represent product in leadership reviews and with customers.
• Experience with API-driven development or working with platform/infrastructure teams is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML product development or shipping AI-assisted features is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis.
• Fluency in English is required.
