Navigate ambiguous boundaries; align with adjacent teams; secure leadership buy-in.
Execute with clarity by building business cases and success metrics.
Balance speed with care; validate assumptions while protecting outcomes.
Communicate clearly so the company understands Chat & Knowledge direction.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with AI or conversational products.
Shipped user-facing AI products, chatbots, or knowledge tools.
Understand how these products work and make tough calls with incomplete info.
Great at navigating complex organizational situations and aligning stakeholders.
Remote-first communicator; effective written updates across teams.
Available for team meetings 10am-5pm ET at least 3 days/week.
