  • Experience with AI or conversational products.
  • Shipped user-facing AI products, chatbots, or knowledge tools.
  • Understand how these products work and make tough calls with incomplete info.
  • Great at navigating complex organizational situations and aligning stakeholders.
  • Remote-first communicator; effective written updates across teams.
  • Available for team meetings 10am-5pm ET at least 3 days/week.
