- Define and own Data & AI product strategy/roadmap for Patient Experience + Commercial Ops.
- Translate business problems into clear product direction and outcomes.

- 7โ10+ years in product management; 3+ years building data products/AI/ML.
- Domain fluency in Patient Experience and Commercial Operations.
- Strong technical acumen: query data, perform EDA, work in notebooks.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI products; prompts, RAG, guardrails.
- Familiar with modern data stacks: Snowflake, dbt, AWS SageMaker, Airflow.
- Strong stakeholder leadership; able to influence across technical and business teams; regulated healthcare experience.
