🎯 Requirements

6+ years in product management leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strategic leadership with multi-quarter product roadmaps.
Marketplace fluency in two-sided or supply-side products.
Technical fluency; comfortable with engineering discussions.
Data-driven; defines KPIs and runs experiments.
Strong cross-functional influence and communication.
