- Develop and execute the product roadmap for WH lab execution products.
- Deliver product requirements based on lab needs and limitations.
- Manage product performance and field all support needs across departments (PM, R&D, Software, Operations, Regulatory, BD).
- Develop quantitative product KPIs and track performance data.
- Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate features and grow market share.
- Support product marketing in positioningāfrom launches, pricing, and collateral content.
šÆ Requirements
- Bachelorās degree required; life sciences, statistics, or engineering preferred; MS a plus.
- Min 8 years exp, incl 4-5 yrs PM/product marketing or related.
- Experience with prenatal products, medical devices, or diagnostics preferred.
- Life sciences industry expertise preferred.
- Lab execution or LIMS experience preferred.
