🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years designing enterprise web apps or design systems, SaaS or GIS domains
- Portfolio showing component-based design and systems thinking
- Experience designing for scalability and reuse
- Proficiency in Figma and component-based workflows
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / Section 508
- Strong collaboration with engineers
- Clear communication of design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field
