Sr. Product Designer II

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design across initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups balancing user needs and business goals.
• Champion a cohesive, scalable design language and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and influence product direction with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, incl. e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio with UX/UI work in shopping/e-commerce.
• Proven ability to balance user needs, business impact, and complexity.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with modern UI craft.
• Experience evolving design systems at scale.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Design or related field, or equivalent.
