🎯 Requirements

6+ years of product design for complex B2B/enterprise products.
End-to-end UX: discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, testing.
Design principles and tech frameworks knowledge.
Drive design strategy for large-scale initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
Design systems expertise; leverage them for consistency and velocity.
Excellent communication and storytelling; influence direction.
