Sr. Procurement Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with teams to learn needs and help choose vendors/tools
• Lead SaaS/cloud/tech contract negotiations; secure fair pricing and terms
• Own procurement flow from intake to contracting and vendor mgmt
• Leverage procurement tools, automation, and AI insights to improve efficiency
• Use spend data and benchmarks to find savings and improve outcomes
• Build relationships by learning how teams work end-to-end and remove friction
• Work with IT, Product, Analytics, Office Ops, People Ops, CX, Finance, Legal, Security
• Lead initiatives and clearly share progress and impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles in tech/global
• Strong SaaS negotiation experience
• Comfort using data, automation, and AI for decisions
• Proven record of optimizing spend and savings
• Curious and eager to learn how teams work
• Experience reviewing contracts with Legal
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel; procurement tools a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, OR Law
• Ability to work from NYC office at least 3 days/week
• Enthusiastic about AI and adapting to new tech culture
